Aurex Group has completed a management buyout (MBO), changing the company ownership effective from 23 August 2022.<\/p>\n

The firm is now a 100% management-owned company globally and will continue to specialise as a full-service search partner focussed within the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Natural Resources sectors.<\/h5>\n

The MBO was led by CEO Jared Lowe in conjunction with the global partnership group across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Americas and Australia. The established leadership team brings more than 150 years of experience to the company.<\/p>\n

The global partnership group includes CEO Jared Lowe<\/b>, Managing Director Greater China Ben Watt<\/b>, Managing Director Singapore Giles Dalton<\/b>, Director Singapore Alex Kerr<\/b>, Managing Director Australia Sally Tremlett<\/b>, Director Australia Candice Egan<\/b>, Managing Director Americas John McClellan<\/b>, Managing Director Americas David Byrne<\/b>, Managing Director Americas Adam Skinner<\/b>, Global Financial Controller Maggie Lok <\/b>and Global Operations Director Sabrina Wong<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The Aurex Group team worked closely with consultants Deloitte for global tax structuring as well as\u00a0Kapitalize for corporate finance and strategic advice to shape the buyout deal with the firm\u2019s former partners Career International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
