​Ben is the Managing Director of Hong Kong and Greater China and a Partner at Aurex Group. He also works to advise the AXG team in the region.

Leading the strategic and tactical growth of the firm’s Asia platform, he is responsible for client development and project execution across the Real Estate and Infrastructure client base.

With over fifteen years of experience across the region, Ben provides guidance and leadership to Aurex Group and AXG's teams in Asia while overseeing appointments for investors, advisors, developers, agencies, service providers and asset management firms. He personally delivers executive hiring, team build, and bespoke research projects for clients.

Ben has been based in Hong Kong with Aurex Group and AXG for the last ten years. Previously, he worked from Melbourne and Brisbane with an Asia Pacific remit across the Real Estate and Natural Resources sectors.
