AXG Contracting is seeking a Master Data Entry Specialist to join our team. We are working with a client who is a Global Chemical Manufacturer that specializes in nitrogen fertilizers, ammonia, and methanol.

Job Summary:

As a Master Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records for our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, entering, and verifying various types of data, ensuring its integrity and adherence to established standards. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, including inputting data into various systems and databases.
  • Collect and organize data from different sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and validate data to identify errors or inconsistencies, taking appropriate measures to resolve them.
  • Maintain and update master data records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments or team members to gather required data or resolve data-related issues.
  • Perform regular audits to identify data discrepancies or anomalies and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in data management techniques.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data entry and quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role, preferably in a master data management environment.
  • Proficient in data entry and management software and tools.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data validation, cleansing, and quality control techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
