Camila joined Aurex Group in 2024 and is a Consultant specializing in executive and senior-level recruitment across the energy sector. She supports hiring across engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and corporate functions across our entire client portfolio.

She leads mining recruitment across Latin America, bringing strong regional expertise and experience across both LATAM and North American markets.

Prior to Aurex Group, Camila worked in fast-paced energy environments supporting complex hiring needs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.
